When I opened my computer to start working, but the computer didn’t- I knew I was in trouble! I didn’t even know where to begin to find someone who could help me. Then I found my superhero, who wasn’t wearing a cape, but a hero nonetheless. Rami Pelles called me within minutes, and jumped right in to help. When one way didn’t work; he always found another way that did. All in all, we spent about six hours working using FaceTime, while he took control of my computer, all while working remotely. In the end, he did rescue me, and I will never call anyone else to help with any tech issues. It should be noted, that he has followed up to make sure everything is still performing well.

Rami answered my request immediately and I am so glad he did! I was in a desperate state after my email got hacked. I was panicked and the minute I heard his voice and met him on FaceTime I knew I was in safe hands. Wow! Do I feel blessed! He walked me through all the steps necessary to clean out the malware and fix the email that had been hacked. Rami is a wealth of knowledge! After two days of frustrating troubleshooting on my own that got me nowhere, he was able to troubleshoot and solve my issues within an hour. But he went even beyond solving the issue, and also provided me with some great advice and information to help me understand my machine and troubleshoot any future issues.

I simply can't say enough about Rami. He is very professional and honest with what he does. I had a problem with my iMac desktop computer that put me in panic mode because I technology challenged, everything in this field is so overwhelming to me.
